This is my favourite dedicated gluten-free bakery in Vancouver (near Cambie and Main). They have everything from bread and bagels to pastries and cakes. My favourites are the cheese buns and the peach tart. My boyfriend (who isn’t celiac) tried the white chocolate cheesecake and said it tasted absolutely delicious and was no different from regular (gluten) cheesecake.
